WAS Gallery’s first exhibition for 2021 was Trans Nature, a collection of photographs and prints by three Gippsland artists, Irene Proebsting (Tyers), Miriam Potts (Traralgon) and Anne Lorraine (Warragul). Each artist has a distinct interest in the natural world and the significance of the environment and other species to our well being.
WAS Gallery was closed for much of 2020 and unable to present its full calendar of shows.
Therefore, it was a delight to launch the new schedule for 2021 with Trans Nature which ran from 20 January to 7 March 2021.
